On invitation, many reputed companies visit SSCMR to conduct interviews. The Placement Team has been successful in maintaining very high and consistent placement statistics over the years and the very fact that thestudents have been able to bear recession blues with record-breaking placements itself - is a testimony to our quality.
The SSCMR ingenious alumni have set new standards in the corporate world through their estimable contributions and therefore,it is strongly believed that they will continue to maintain that legacy in the years to come. With this Positive Backdrop in mind, the Swayam siddhi Mitra Sangh college of management and research had conducted the mock interview and campus interview Sessions between January and February 2021 specially for MMS Sem IV Student Fraternity.
The Sem IV students were able to assimilate and imbibe an extremely holistic approach to the real Corporate Arena on account of fantastic exposure to the Mock and Campus Interview process during this time. This helped in the true realization of the motto of Placement cell which is continuously striving for improvement in skills and knowledge among the students - to enable them - gain awareness and experience; for enhancing employment, innovation, and incubation of Cell breeds among young entrepreneurs.
