Swayam Siddhi College has a huge collection of books , magazines , journals in its library . It also has online access to a lot of resources. A Library Orientation Program was arranged for First Year Students and staff so that they come to know the library well & are able to use it effectively.
Librarian Ms. Shweta Bhavsar welcomed the participants and explained the need for the program. She highlighted the importance of library and resources in academic process through a power point presentation. She described the various aspects of the digital library and accession details.
There were total 50 participants in this program. Through this Library orientation, our users learnt about the library services , the language lab and the systems followed. It will work as a reminder and motivation to use the facility.
